Regarding your 'dillo: 1. Find somebody with a live trap and set near the hole. Can bait it with just a little lunch meat and or some table scrap veggies. Carrots, celery etc. Once in trap take into wild and release or shoot with .22. 2. Only harm it can cause your dog is maybe rabies. 3. After he/she is out - roll a few mothballs off into hole and fill back up.

Keep it up Bro! (or down I should say in reference to your scales) I have a picture of me from our trip to Las Vegas this past February. I am standing leaning on a the back of a chair at a sit down slot machine with about a two inch spot of sweat coming through shirt I had on. I show it to people and ask them "Does this guy look like he's having a good time?" The answer is always "no". I keep it on the kitchen cabinet where I have my vitamins etc at. It's my reminder of why I'm doing what I'm doing.

Attention in the Locker Room!! I have a couple FARTS I need to pass. 1. Step on the bathroom scales this AM and weighed in sub 300!!!! (299.4) WHOO-RAH!! 2. Went to surgeon today for two week post op visit. With pre op diet and two weeks post op - 26 pounds out of the way! WHOO-RAH!!

3. At cardio yesterday because of heart being in A-Fibs. He upped my beta blocker, again, and best I can tell after two doses at the higher rate feels like I'm back in sinus! Surgeon checked for himself today and said if felt "regular" to him. Holding out for confirmation next week on an EKG otherwise: WHOO-RAH!!

Total Bummer! Don't let it get you down too far. I was not on the gurnery but was three days out when I was scrapped for two weeks because I flunked my sleep study. The two weeks passed and I got my surgery done. Ain't nothing but a thing! (Don't think that your Dr.'s were completely looking out for your interest alone! As litigious as a society we live in I'm sure they will do anything, and everything, to avoid a malpractice lawsuite including erring way, way on the side of caution.)

Taking a crap had not been the problem. I crapped 5x my first full day home on Wed. This was my first SOLID poop! I was about as proud of it as my nephew was of his new baby's first turd!

Normally this would fall into the TMI range of a conversation but given the nature of the things talked about on this board and other boards on this site - I am happy to announce that at approximately Noon C.D.S.T I took a solid dump! I had been doing okay in that department since surgery Monday but today was the first real turd since before surgery!
