How long do they have to give you an answer? Let me know when you hear something. Hugs Linda

Im not 100% sure, but I think they have 15 days. They are allowed 30 calendar days for final determination (whi*****ludes both levels) according to my member services handbook. Kim can correct me if Im wrong, but I think they told her 15 days from the time her first appeal was received. So, hopefully I will know something within the next 15 days (or by April 20) since they use calendar days and not business days.

I just looked at Kim's profile and that is what she was told at Level I, 15 days. She had an answer in 7 days, so hopefully by this time next week I will know something.

Keep thinking positive Colleen... they will see all the time and effort you put into this and will hopefully give you an approval without making you wait too long. I've been praying for you every day since you sent it in... and I would LOVE for you catch up to me!!!!!!!!!
