SF Syrup

Prolly a stupid ???? but what is sf syrup (sf=sugar free)?

Not a stupid question at all.
sf does mean sugar free, and ff means fat free. 
To me, sf syrup is the kind of syrups traditionally used to flavor coffees and things like that.  I use it in recipes and to flavor yogurts and hot cocoa.  They come in a variety of flavors.

There is also sf "maple" syrup, but I haven't seen many people post about that.
