PNC group

I can't make it to group tonight, my car was starting to overheat on the way there. I was able to pull over in the DQ parking lot and let it cool down so I could get home. On the bright side I didn't eat anything there like I would have before WLS. Hope some can read this before group, have a good night.

crud me too,I was going to make it but then hubby worked late and I had to go home to let the 4 legged children out.  Once I took my work clothes off, it just wasn't happenin' catch you all next time!

I was a no show too Got tied up with other things and was still in Eagan at 5:45.  I knew there was no way I could get there even by 6:30.     I am sure we missed a good time...
