Hi Jim Happy Surgiversary!!!!   Wow, 4 years already. It just blows my mind how fast time goes by. You have done such an amazing job. You've always been an inspiration to me, and continue to be as we get further out. It is very hard some days, but I know we can do it if we stay focused. Thanks for the information about  glucosamine that you gave me. I have been taking it for a few days now and hope that I'll notice a difference in a month. Hugs Peggy
