I'm Hitting Major Milestones and Need to Share!

I need to share soome of my good news with my OH friends.  Because no one truly understands how important these moments are but you. First, I was out shopping and decided to pick up a new, smaller size pair of pants.  At the beginning of my WLS journey, I was wearing a size 22 - 24.  So I thought I'd pick up a cute pair of size 14's since I'm currently at a 16.  Came home, tried them on, and they fit.  They didn't fit like "lay on the bed and pull up the zipper and suck it all in" fit.  They fit like I can wash them and wear them to work tomorrow..  I haven't worn a size 14 pair of pants since, well, about 14 years ago. Second, I've decided to cut my hair.  And I'm starting to wear some eye makeup.  With my new glasses, thinner face, new hair style - I'm ready for a new avatar.  I won't have my picture taken until I hit onederland (that is when you are below 200, correct?).... Two more pounds.   I cannot begin to express how thankful I am to all of you who have commented to me, who have met me at coffee, and those who just keep posting positive vibes.  This OH connection has made my WLS journey such a breeze.  THANK YOU!!!  WLS has been the best decision I've ever made.  Hands down. Now I'm off to try and call my mom.  For once I am the smallest in the family (of my siblings).  Feels fantastic. Kelly Ann

Kelly... 14 already???  Way to go girl!!! That had to feel abso-freakin-lutely fantastic!!!  And two pounds from Onederland??  Man - you're just hitting all the milestones at once!!! Can't wait to see your new avatar - if you've lost that much weight, will I even know it's you when you replace this one???   Bask in the greatness of WLS and this fantastic board - it definitely is the best ever!
