Hey, wanna know what Gillian from Biggest Loser just told me?
Ok, told me and millions of other Americans. She said that not getting enough sleep can cause a persons metabolism to slow, and cause them to get the munchies, and naturally, not have enough energy to work out effectively. She also said some other stuff, but I only half caught it. Just thought I'd share since everybody gives up on the rest thing after a few weeks, and we tend to return to horrible sleeping patterns. I know I have. (Oh yeah, she said that too little sleep can cause hormones to become imbalanced). No reason these bad things can't affect our weight loss too. She said that when her player**** a wall (stall), it's usually because they've been sleeping poorly.
