How many calories post-op....daily plate users?
I just started entering my food for the day on The Daily Plate. Today I have had 715 calories. Is this about the right amount? It seems like alot to me considering the teeny amount of food I eat.
How many do you have in a day? OR should I not be conserned?

I wonder if I am doing it wrong.....I don't even know what you mean when you say the different signs......I just hit I ate this and then I adjust the serving size.............
skim milk plus carnation instant breakfast (2 today)
One egg, I made egg salad so I added light mayo.
I had a few bites of the trader joes lime chicken burger, pureed and added a little guac. to mositen it so it would blend.
Chili turkey with beans (2 tablespoons) Added light sour cream (tiny bit)
I have had a little over one SF jello pudding snack pack. (I know that's more than I should have)
That's it! Am I doing something wrong?

Tee Hee.....I get it now!!!!! I better wake up....omgosh, you mst have beem laughing out loud after you read my response. I can be that way sometimes...kinda blonde..........silly me!

Personally, I believe that might be fairly accurate, and a pretty good number.
If you doubt that, go in there and plug in what you might have eaten on a normal day PRE-op, and see what kind of number you get!!!
(pretty flippin' scary, I'm guessing! I mean, if you're anything like I was...)
Imperfect does not = unsuccessful
Back in the "olden" days - PNC was mainly concerned about QUANTITY and protein etc...not calories. Make sure you're in the right portion size (tbsp/1/4 cup etc) and not overeating or snacking. Things may have changed, but personally I think you're doing fine. I'm not sure Fitday or The Daily Plate really "fits" this early out, but what do I know???

Thanks everyone.....I'm guessing this early out it is hard to get the serving size accurate on The Daily Plate......two tablespoons out of a whole can of turkey chili?????? That is tricky! I will keep measuring. I know I am doing that part correct and sticking with PNC guildlines! :O)

No way can that add up to 700 calories. I'm not good with all those Fitday website stuff, but it doesn't seem right to me.
