Hurray!  Hurray! it's the first of May!  You guys are doing GREAT!!!  Keep up the fantastic work!  I think that affirmation statements are a great start to any day  :)  Let's keep it going! Today I will - eat regular meals - drink my water and take my vitamins - be happy with what the doctor says and follow his recommendations - not kill the dogs for not letting me sleep all night  lol Yesterday I - take my vitamins and drink my water     I took my vitamins although the evening set came late at bed time... but I took them!  lol  The water still needs some work and I'll be more aware of that Thursday. - work on getting my job back - using cool determination, not blazing anger     I spent time working with my union rep - we talked and worked some things out to our advantage.  We are now guardedly optimistic .. yes that is an upgrade to the miserable state things were in 2 days ago. - get some exercise in     My daughter and I spent a couple of hours walking around the mall.  I haven't been released after gall bladder surgery to do a lot yet though.  Maybe after today!

Hurry for May! Today I will ....... Get all my fluids in including MILK. I have been falling behind in this catergory.

I have struggled with the milk as well, I might go back to making a smoothie at night as I picked up some soy protien powder the other day and want to try it, plus that will help me curb my nighttime snack.

Yippee, maybe now that May has arrived we can get some spring-like weather up here! 

Today I will....Drink 100 ounces of water, not snack after dinner (as Darla said yesterday I do not need it so why have it), be mindful while eating, find some way to exercise tonight (I can't get to my regular yoga class and haven't decided what I want to do yet it may just be an exercise video at home), and take all of my calcium. Yesterday I...Drank 90 ounces of water, took all of my calcium, slowed down my eating at lunch and stopped when I was satisfied, not full, did great in yoga (I stayed in my arm balance for 5 seconds!), walked with 4 intervals of jogging around Lake Calhoun.

You are going to be FLYING around that lake in no time!!  Great job! What type of calcium do you take?  I've been eating those SF chews...  seem to be working so far.

I can't wait until I am able to fly!  I take the Viactive chews, they have a little sugar in them, but they have never made me dump.  I have the chocolate ones which taste like a tootsie roll, but I tried the rspberry at Swapkins last weekend and loved it so I am going to look for those next time.

Today I will...

Take my vitamins and supplaments and meds
Did that early this morning

Call my doctor about adjustment in my meds
I talked to his nurse... we'll see what happens.

Drink less coffee, more water
TBD

Walk at least half an hour...

Make myself eat.

I like this idea.!!!!

 I am not short... I am fun sized!!

TODAY I WILL - get all the usual goodies in - vits, calcium, h2o, etc. - get at least one serving of milk in (I have to time it so that I don't fog the place before the co-workers go home!) - Take the doggie for a nice long walk tonight - IF we aren't getting poured on!  (Hazel is a wonderful, clean pooch - doesn't even have bad breath yet at 3 years old!  But wet doggie doesn't usually smell so nice...) YESTERDAY? I done good!  I avoided the evil confirmation cake, and didn't snack after dinner!  (of course, I wasn't able to eat dinner until 7:30, but that's a whole 'nuther issue...) could have finished that last bottle of water, but I got MOST of it in

Way to go avoiding the confirmation cake and not snacking after dinner!  That is quite the accomplishment!
