I reread your post this morning and have a question. Where did you find the "couch to 5k? is it a book? or a web site? sounds like something I would be interested in.
I will have to check out the exercise/fitness forum. See you can even help us out over a year. You are wonderful.

Thanks!  I was so happy the scale was down a whole pound this morning (I didn't have my scale at my parents house so I am averaging 1/2 each day this weekend).  I am just grateful that I have the energy to make up for my mistake.

Nicole, WTG girl......Attitude and mindset is everything. I can see you will do just fine......Congrat's on the nice long walk/jog. Ohhh, those wafer sticks sound yummy. I'll have to get some to try. It's supposed to be 60's out this week, Yay.....I'm taking walks & bike rides. Hubby pumped up the tires last night. Enjoy the week, Kelly

They were really nummy and it cured my chocolate craving. I am so glad it is going to be nice out this week so that I can have decent weather for my walk/jog...I don't melt in the rain it just isn't quite as fun to be out in.  Enjoy your bike ride & walks this week!

I don't have a 5k picked out yet, but I wanted to be able to build up my running so that I could run part of the marathon I am doing in October, which is in Des Moines, Iowa.  Thanks I felt like I was flying around the lakes yesterday, so who knows maybe I am sprouting feathers!
