Lets keep it going... it's helping me stay focused.

Today I will:

Take my meds vitamins and water.

Walk(gotta do this!!!!)

Talk to Manav... more on this later(tomorrow)

mindful eating


Yesterday I:

Take my vitamins drink my water. Did this in spades

Walk..sorry, didn't do this

Do my best at my work. One of the most productive days I've had in a long time

Stay focused on eating. Did this very well. No sweets, had a salad for dinner with chicken. No snacking

WOOHOO!  Let's GO!  Today I will: - drink more water - get more exercise - maybe jump on the bowflex and see how it feels - be happy to go to work and not cry - be mindful when I eat - Listen to some great music!! Yesterday I: - eat proper meals and in the right portions with controlled snacks for work     I am finding it hard to eat regular meals.  We have always just kind of grabbed when we are hungry.  Having food for work isn't hard as I don't have anything else around me.  I tend to pack protein bars and cheese sticks.  This will be an ongoing thing with me. - go to work with a smile on my face even though it's going to be very uncomfortable there     I smile till my face hurt.  *sigh*  I've been fired for some farcical BS that we will be fighting and my last day is the 23rd.  It's very hard to sit there and care..  but like I've always done, I will get my work done in the best manner I am able and do it with a smile.  I just have a box of Kleenex next to me now. - exercise!!     I did some of this as we worked to clean up the storage barn.  We also took a very short walk and I did lots of walking at work! - get in all my water & vitamins     Did pretty good although I still need to work on the water.

Heck yeah!  Keep it going! Your new avatar is WONDERFUL!!!  WTG!  It sounds like you are on a really good road right now!  Things are coming together so nicely and I'm so happy for you!  Keep up the good work!!

Today I will...take all of my calcium supplements, drink 100 ounces of liquid, do yoga and walk (even if it is raining), be mindful of what/when I am eating, not snack after dinner, pack 1 box of stuff. Yesterday I...got in all of my calcium, got in 92 ounces of liquids, did really well in yoga (I was able to do a few poses I have had to do modifications on previously), did okay the first 3/4 of the day with mindfully eating, but then I stayed up too late and ended up doing some major snacking on carbs.

Manav is one of my boss's. I met with him today along with my big boss Amit, and company manager Zach... I got a $2000.00 raise!!!!!!! and it had a lot to do with how I looked yesterday, and Amit wanting me to dress like that all the time.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! In 9 months I have went up $8,000 since I started!!!!

 I am not short... I am fun sized!!

Way to Go!!!! Amazing what things our bosses decide we need raises for.  I too have noticed I am treated a lot better by some of the supervisors in the office since I have lost weight.  Sounds like your job is a keeper!

TODAY I WILL:
-- Stay on my Liquid Diet
-- Exercise for 20 minutes
-- Cook dinner for my friends and feel glad to share the food but NOT eat it
-- Go to WW meeting and be accountable

YESTERDAY I:
-- Did my exercise dance video for the first time
-- Stayed on my liquid diet
-- Didn't overeat
-- Watched people eat around me and didn't give a damn!
-- Ran around like crazy at work and got lots of exercise

2019: 11 years out and maintaining a loss of 150lbs.
