I weighed in at WW today and apparently I lost 6lbs this week! That puts me at 190.2lbs....and about 14lbs lost... but the greatest thing? I AM NOW JUST BELOW A 50 BMI!!!

Woohoo!! Watching my BMI chart on my profile move down is a lot more exciting than watching the weight chart move down....

It now means I can no longer (well, technically I can...but that's not the point!) go to the "BMI over 50" forum!! Woohoo!!

What a great week!

2019: 11 years out and maintaining a loss of 150lbs.
