Hey, Jean! Hope to see ya soon for lunch. Yep, the little rat dumped my on mother's day weekend! Is that love or what?? 
It's just the way it worked out, some friends lost a renter of the apt they were sharing so she is taking their place. Partly in hopes that if she no longer lives here she can get some help with school. She can't get a loan or anything as long as she's at home, she's tried and tried. Don't know if this will help but it's worth a shot.
