You looked great at group last night - I seriously can't believe you came - but it was great to meet you finally! Water does feel weird at first - for me, my stomach cramped everytime I drank for the first few weeks and then went away - just remember it's like a brand new baby tummy and you have to be gentle on it for a while - but the best way to work it in is to keep taking little sips all day long! Good luck to you as you recover!

I'm not sure, but I THINK my jaw might have hit the floor when I saw you walking in! And I'm not sure about this either, but I THINK that may be a record for quickest post-op support group visit by - well, ANYONE!! Elena, you are so ready for this, I know you'll just do an amazing job with your tool. Good grief, talk about dedicated, I think you were still under a bit of anesthesia! But YOU GO, GIRL!!! (And YAY ELENA'S MOM for bringing you!!!)
