I recently bought two books, I felt they had good info and were very helpful.  1. Life After Gastri Bypass by: Katrina Segrave.  This was a good read, it has really helped me lately get back to the basics. 2. Living and eating Well After Weight-Loss Surgery by: Susan Marie Leach. This has 135 low carb high protein recipes, and has a question & answer area. Just thought I'd share this info. Happy reading........ Kelly
