Got the call from my surgeon's office about a half hour ago...BCBS denied me for the DS. I knew it would probably happen given the fact that it is BCBS-MN and I submitted for the DS with a BMI under 50, but it still stings a little. We're moving forward with my appeal however and am confident it will be overturned! The team working on my appeal has a very good success rate!!! I am so thankful for them. Please keep the prayers and good thoughts coming if you will, I appreciate you all! July 8th is still my date! xoxoxo Amy
