June 12, Today I will
Okay I think of this every June 12th.... today would have been my 26th wedding anniversary. I look back at what all has changed in 26 years. From the girl I was then, and the woman I am now.....WOW big changes.
Today I will:
1. WATER
2. mindful eating....start journal.
3. walk
4. be good to myself.
5. not call Jerry.
Yesterday I.
1. not call Jerry(sorry, but this has to be a goal for me right now)
I made this one!!!!! However, I realized by putting it number 1 I was giving it to much significance in my life.. so bottom of the list today.
2. WALK
Got about 1/2 an hour in
3. EAT RIGHT
Like many yesterday, it was not a good day. Cream soup, a few french fries...and ummmm(strawberry cheese cake from perkins.) which I did not eat all at one sitting...to rich.
4. WATER, WATER, WATER.
I could of done much better on this one today
5. BE GOOD TO MYSELF.
I did okay with this... yesterday was better then the previous two days.

Today I will: Yesterday I got
get all my protein in (at least 65 grams) in about 75 grams of protein
Drink at 64 oz of water Drank all 64+ oz of water
Try to get in a short walk Did not get a walk in Yesertday was a good and busy day. besides from the rain, we had a faulse alarm with the new baby. So i was over staying with the 5 year old grandson while mom and dad went to the hospital. Poor thing is so uncomfortable and ready for the baby to born!!! We are having the baby shower this weekend, so I am kinda hoping that he gets here before that, or just waits until after about 2 o'clock on saturday.....!!!!

Today I will: Yesterday I did:
Drink 60-80 oz. drank 60 oz.
Eat 3 meals, protein 1st Did this but snacked, uhhh
Be mindfull of what I eat Didn't do so good
Walk/jog treadmill twice Did this, burned over 500 cal.
Make sure I have my protein bullet
Start logging what I eat
Yesterday was a bad day for me, when it storms I reach for food, always have, I don't know why.
I snacked way too much.....A graham cracker here & there, etc. So today I got out my stuff from the dietition (sp?) and am trying to make good food choices, even for snacks.
I see my Bariatric nurse for my 6 month appt. the 23rd, so I will go over my food log's with her and see if their is a pattern or what. I'm documenting when I eat, what I eat, and why I eat, if it a snack.

Diane~Keep up the good work and love yourself for all of the major improvements you have made in your life! I used to dwell on where my lofe would be had I stayed in my last long relationship and I look at who I have become today and I thank myself for getting out of the relationship.
