me update
Don't worry, you will catch up and soon be feeling WOW. Just a helpful hint - I take my vitamins in the morning and evening, as well as my prescriptions, as part of my morning "wash my face, brush my teeth" ritual. Otherwise, I would never remember.
Just curious - what kind of food are you eating at 3 weeks out? I don't remember that many choices, LOL
Get plenty of rest, but also, make an effort to get in some walking. Hope to see you at coffee, soon!
I'm eating string cheese, bacon, turkey, roast beef, ham, canadian bacon, chili, mashed taters, crackers with cheese, special K protein plus cereal, cheerios, peanut butter toast, nanner and mayonaise sammy's, chicken.......even have had a burger....
oh and the other day we had a B-day party at work and I had cake & ice cream! Woke up the next morning with a pound gone LOL
Welcome back Peach!! You will feel better and better-it is a struggle the first few weeks because you can be so tired.....I agree that getting the routine down for taking your vits is so important-I also do a morning/nightime routine with mine, as that way I remember to take them every day.
wow, your program lets you eat quite a few things right out-just be careful to chew really good so you don't get anything stuck. Be prepared for some emotional rollercoastering, cause the hormones go nuts as the weight falls off.
