6-15 and today I will
I'm just dead this morning but off to work again... Yesterday was another long day... up and going at 530 and got home at 1030 or so. That's the third day in a row of long hours on my feet... you would think I"d be dropping pounds so just for fun jumped on the scale... I GAINED 3... must be water retention... HAS to be! *sigh* oh well, it's going to fall off fast :) Have a great Sunday all!
Today I WILL: - keep moving and smiling! - drink more water and not dehydrate - eat the right foods so I don't get sick Yesterday I: - not go crazy I did well :) - keep my temper and good humor in all things Perfection :) - SMILE This was easy to do - I had a blast although I'm exhausted - drink water not good at this and dehydrated
- eat jerky and make smart choices for meals not good at this either - ate too much fried food and feel icky - work with the one vendor to make me fresh SF lemonade :) and it was delicious!!!!!!!!

Lori~Glad to hear that you are having a good time at the Ren Fest even though it sounds like you are working some crazy hours. I hope you are able to keep yourself more hydrated today!
Today I will....get in at least 80 ounces of water (for some reason I really struggle with this on the weekends), make wise food choices, get some exercise (perhaps a walk/run with my mom and sister), enjoy my special day (I am 29 today) and enjoy Father's day with my dad when he is at home (he has 2 games to ump today). Didn't get a chance to set goals yesterday!
Well, the day is almost over so setting goals for today would be cheating a little.
I've been struggling with the water intake. I can take in about 40oz. before I start getting nauseated. I experimented with a straw today though (OK with my surgery center) and this seems to go a bit better for me so tomorrow I will keep going with the straw.
I've also been struggling with milk products and that's all I can have right now on the post-op liquid diet. Milk went very poorly this morning, but I made pudding for tonight and I have been keeping that down, but still nauseated.
Didn't get to Wal-mart yesterday, but got there today. Got some SF peppermint gum (recommended for nausea - the chewing and the peppermint) and that REALLY helps me. Also got new vitamins, calcium, and pain reliever.
Have been going for several 10 minute walks. I'm pretty much feeling back to normal except for the can't drink/eat part and the nausea. Will keep working on that this week while I'm off, but will probably start doing some work from home this week too to fend off the "poor me" attitude and the boredom.
