WOW MOMENTS!!!!!!
First, I just wanted to say thanks to everyone for your responses it is much appreciated!!!!
Second, Michelle my friend..... LOSING OVER 100 POUNDS IS NO FAILURE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I would definately like to see you at one of the support meetings @ SMDC so if you can make it great if not try to come the next time, please do not be to hard on yourself. I think you have done absolutely fantastic and personally see you as a role model.
Sending you a BIG HUG and keep your chin up.
Take Care,
Erika
P.S. Call if you ever need to talk and PLEASE TRY TO STOP COMPARING YOURSELF TO OTHERS!!! It will never make things better only worse (speaking from prior experience).
Thank you so much for the encouragement. Sometimes I think I just need to sit back and take out a picture of the "old" me. My sisters did comment on pictures we had out at my daughter's grad party last weekend about how they forgot how much I had lost.....they got so used to the "new" me and don't really remember me that way. LOL THANK GOD!! I'm thinking I might be able to talk Luke into taking the kids to the first half of the game so I can come to the meeting. The game doesn't start till 7 so I can make it there for the last part at least. Maybe one of my big kids will even want to go with to help out. I do also need to remember that it's not about how I look it's about how I feel...and I feel darn good!! I also have the joy of our lives that came out of this, Sadie Mae. Little did we know that she's a very big inspiration to our church family....thankfully some major changes are being made so there will be a place for her to grow up. She's the only kid there right now. I never could have imagined 4 yrs ago being as confident as I am now....I have my wls to thank for that. No more hiding out in the corner. Ok enough of the beating myself up...guess I just needed a kick in the butt LOL. Hope to see you again soon!! And we'll be up to pick berries as soon as you say they're ready!!
