The power of prayer (long)

Praise God that you are feeling better.  You are right, the power of prayer is amazing.  I know many people have been thinking about you and praying for you diligently.  This board is full of some of the best people I've ever been blessed to know.  And God does have a plan.  How ironic that you reached out to support me, when it was you that really needed it.  And even though I was a wreck myself, it helped me put my own issues aside to help you.  And it helped me see what i need to do for myself.  I, too, am starting to feel much better - the new meds are really helping a lot.  I think we both needed each other and God was gracious enough to bring us together at the right time.  I love you dearly Lori and will continue to pray for healing for you. I've been so grateful that Tracy has been able to help you through this very difficult time in your life.  I knew you were having issues, and as I told you I felt awful that I couldn't be the one to hold your hand and help you through - but God had a more appropriate angel in mind for you.  HOW IRONIC that you both needed each other so at the same time!!! I'm also very grateful that you're feeling better.  There will be clouds along the way, for sure - my dad is still very much a part of my heart and soul, and I miss him all the time.  I can work myself into tears with no effort at all if I think about him, so know you will do the same.  And it's okay. Can't wait to see you again, honey - I hope you feel up to joining in on stuff REAL SOON!
