Good luck with the scope, I'm sure everything will be just fine. I used Chantix to quit smoking and it's great! I will tell you a few things about it...the instructions say you should feel ready to quit in about a week. My husband and I both found it took about 2 -3 weeks to honestly feel like smoking was the nastiest thing ever! Your cravings stop and cigarettes begin to leave a "I just licked the bottom of the ashtry" taste in your mouth!  For me, I also noticed the smell of smoke alot...it makes me ill.  As for feeling nauseated, as if you might  it's true! I found that taking the pill when I had a full stomach nearly eliminated that feeling, but maybe it will be different with the pouch...maybe you won't have that at all...also, if you do, the feeling only lasts about 15 minutes...and the dreams? I wouldn't say nightmares, but definately VIVID dreams... I started the Chantix in March, have been smoke free since April 28th and Chantix free since June 2! I feel great and it was so easy! I smoked for over 15 years.
