COFFEE TONIGHT BEFORE PNC
I'm making an executive decision here - because I'm familiar with both Dunn Bros. (my favorite) and Starbucks down that way, and given that it looks like we may have about 12 people (YAY!!!!!), I think we ought to plan to meet at Starbucks instead of Dunn - simply for space. I don't think there's room for more than 4-6 people outside Dunn Bros, but Starbucks has a whole patio area with a bunch of tables!
So STARBUCKS IT IS, 4:30 today! 2-3 blocks east of PNC (meet at PNC to park and walk down with us!!)

....the landlord is coming over tonight with a contractor for a little (huge actually) project in the basement. I want to find out what the consequences will be since that's our family room, craft room, guest room, and storage area.
