Brea, you are most certainly in my prayers - you, Trey, your mother, your whole family - the ex included. You all need patience and understanding for his needs, and the strength to do whatever it takes to guide him through his issues. I have a 15 year old daughter without the kinds of issues you outlined, and it's still pretty friggin' hard some days!

Hi Brea, you and Trey, and your family are in my prayers for strength, patience, and endurance to 'find THE Way'. The 'tough love' approach has got to be seemingly unbearably hard on a person, though establishing and maintaining boundaries is paramount. to the successful 'big picture'.
