Hi Mary~

You'll find that the WOWs happen so quickly once you've joined the 'losers' bench--and that you'll be at that seemingly impossible weight before you know it!

Sue ~

You really are sweet!  I'm feeling a bit of a let down after yesterday's positive day so I appreciate the boost.

Hugs back to you!!  Mary

Hi again, Mary!

Sorry for not formally welcoming you to this site. WELCOME ABOARD!  You will find yourself right at home here, and the advice and comradery are delightful!

My prayers that you are quickly approved and even more quickly have the life-changing surgery. I had Dr Lentz when he was stilll at St Mary's.   I still highly recomment him, even if it means going over to St Luke's .  He not only does a good job surgically, but he has a good bedside manner!

so my wrist is exactly 6.5... but i see myself as large frame. so with that said i will consider 138 (med frame) - 144.8 (large frame) my happy weight. my doctor and i came up with 145 lbs as a good goal.. and i know i will be happy at 145.. heck evern 170 will be great! :)

What I found was weird was that my left wrist was 'medium build' but my right wrist was 'large build'.  I guess 'cuz I'm right-handed and therefore have better muscles in the right. RIGHT???

136 pounds, eh? Sure... I'll go for it. In my dreams... but, hey, why not? lol. Besides... my wrists are about at 8 inches. That's horrible. lol

Hi Elena~

I'll bet as you continue to shrink you'll find that you're really a petit little thang and should weigh LESS than 136.  (Am I even close???)

I find it amazing that my WAIST is now smaller than some folks' legs!  Whoever'd a thunk??

HI Diane!

It sure was great to meet you and the others a week or so ago.  (I'm in a terrible time warp. I always have to change the time on my watch and being on vacation always throws me for a loop. I think we met a week ago? Before the 4th of JULY!  Now I remember....)

Anyway--you look great and I don't doubt that the low 130s is a do-able weight for you!  You are so close!
