capsules......can we take them?
The vitamin/mineral combo I take are: 'Biogenesis Ultra-Hematinic'--which is my iron supplement, and 'Quest Premium', which is my multi-vitamin with ester-C. Both are capsule. I was taking 2000iu of vitamin D, in gelcap, because my D-level was very low. (Don't have to take extra anymore as my level is good.) I get these from my pharmacy, which also sells naturopathic stuff.
Sorry that I don't have the ingredients/vlaues of these pills, as my pharamacy 'blister-packs' all my meds and vitamins/minerals in little compartments--and does a month at a time. I do very much trust my nutritionist tech to recommend the best vits/minerals that are on the market that are best absorbed by my system. I do pay more--but I figure that since I had my innards rearranged, I NEED the best!
And don't you just HATE the way the font size of the message changes as you type?!! GRRRR! (New pet peeve!)
I'll get back to you later with the values and contents of the supplements I take. Gotta get going on another day of job hunting/resume-tweaking!

I've copied the info on the vits, etc. that I take. I really trust the health guy at the pharmacy I deal with! He's done so much research into nutrient requirements of WLS folks that he probably knows more than many doctors.
I get my B12 shot monthly from my family doc.
