Thank You...................

Hi Everyone,
Well, this post  is long overdue and believe it or not, I did start one last week and before I even got started, I hit "send" and it was gone.  Those were some "darn good drugs" they had me on at that time.  My current status as of today's visit to the doctor is that I am healing; but it seems I will have to wear the wound vac for another 2 or 3 weeks. Back on the infustions as the oralantibiotics  just don't do it.  Doc feels healing is going well and I, too, feel that I am getting better everyday.  At the time of surgery, the doctor removed 15 pounds of skin & tissue.  Since I have been home for the second time, I have lost another 5; however, it wasn't the weight loss I was after, it was the relief of skin infections.  Since these are gone and it's only the incision wound and infection to deal with now, II'll be at coffee soon.  I was sorry I missed the Robert Street Caribo as you were almost in my back yard.  Hope there will be morecoffee's in WSP in the future.

My Freinds, I can not tell you how much you have all helped me through this "trying and interesting" time.  All the cards, phone calls, gifts,  visits in the hospital and at home and especially all of the prayers are what has kept me going in a "positive" direction.
Saying "thank you" is just not enough and there certainly are not enough words in the dictionary to express my appreciation and gratitude.  You all added so much sunshine to the gloomy parts of my days.  I'd love to send "special" thanks to so many of you (you know who you are); but I certainly don't want to "hog" the Board. 

Having said this, I want you to know how much I love each of you and how much your support and friendship means to me.   THANK YOU!!!

YEAH!!!  You are back online!!!  Glad your computer got fixed. 

I'm also VERY happy you are feeling better -- although it is still a long road (2-3 weeks can seem like FOREVER).  WSP coffee replaced the Har Mar coffee every other weekend so we'll be back at that Caribou Saturday the 2nd!!!  I can swing by and pick you up!!!  Hell, any of us will swing by and pick you up!!!

I am so glad things are getting better for you. You had us worried for awhile there. Take good care of yourself. You have been missed!!

I was just asking Linda Anne about you Saturday at Caribou. It will be nice to see you again sometime soon.  I will let Linda Anne know when I am in SSP next and maybe we could meet at Black Sheep. I will be in SSP tonight but will be tied with at a birthday party for my grandson.

It's so good to see you online again.  I've been praying for you all along and you've been on my mind so much.    If the Caribou is right in your back yard, Linda G and I must be in your FRONT yard!!!  Yes, we're in WSP now off of Thompson and Smith, so we're a hop skip and a jump away.  Our biggest obsticle....we don't know your address, but we will soon.
