Support Group Allina Medical Clinic - Woodbury

Has anyone attended this meeting? It's on the second Thursday of the month I'd like some feedback for those who attend or have in the past. I've gained some weight back and I feel that I need to get my butt back to group. Also wondering if their is a book or some information out that can help with people that are further out as far as eating goes. The information i've seen are for people that are weeks out and are still eating a couple of bites/tablespoons full of food. And well being 4+ years out I can eat more then a couple ot tablesppons full. I want to get a handle on this before it becomes more of an issue. I know i'm still down 110-115 pounds from where I was but I dont wanna be up the 30-40 pounds either.

I would also be interested in going to this...  Right now I work Thursday at TJ's but am considering backing it off to 1 day a week..

A very very nice group of ladies, I personally was hoping that there would be 1 or 2 ladies my age.   I am going to try and attend again if you would like to go the same night?

I'd love to try and meet up at group. I'm not sure how old you are? I turned 29 in April so I'm kinda young, from the pictures i'd say your around my age. Not sure how old the other ladies are? I live in Oakdale. I had RNY back in Oct 2004 I've done really well for the most part. But the last year or so some weight has come back.I'm looking to loose what i'e gained, learn more about the surgery I had as well as meet some people that live in that area. Perviously I attended the Renwal meetings at abbott northwestern but that group ended up falling apart. I got married last summer so now with living in Oakdale I dont wanna come back downtown minneapolis after i'm already home.
