Thursday Coffee Talk
Our challenge for today is to get your water in. I notice that I have been slacking on my water. Sure, I'm getting in my coffee, but does that count as water intake? I can't stand the taste of water alone, so I have to add my Crystal Light. I have to get more in! Can you say you get in your water everyday? Will you accept this challenge not only for today, but everyday? Water intake will EXPLODE your weight loss chances. Water load 30 minutes before you eat. Water load an hour after you eat! See what happens! I vow to do this challenge today. Will you join me?
So, what cha sippin' on this morning? Me? I'm LOVING this coffee that my sweet friend Carmen sent me. It's called Angel Mist. It has the smoothest sweetest flavor to it. It's so good! THANKS CARMEN!! I love it!

This is just the reminder I needed this morning. Life has me keeping very busy. And something as simple as water can really make the difference. And remembering to eat - which is my downfall. Once I forget, I start to shake and feel weird.
Even for those of us 6 months, 12 months, 2 years, 12 years out - remember the basics. Chew, chew, chew. No beverage with meals or 30 min before/after, SLOW DOWN YOUR EATING.... And get protein in. And never forget your vitamins. All too important.
Today I'm sipping on water from the beautiful water jug that sits in front of me. Cold water (not city water) from the bottle. Doesn't even come close to the taste of my latte from Caribou. But its all I have at the moment. Look out Caribou, I'm on my way there soon!
