OT-GRRRRR, I NEED TO VENT!!
Ok, I need to vent!! Someone at my work stole my cellphone!!!!!!!!! AND we are pretty sure it was a fellow employee because my cellphone was in my purse in the locked cabinet at work!!!!! I put it in my purse and turned it off just before I placed my purse in the cabinet. On the way home from work this morning, I went to get my phone and it wasn't there!!!!!!! I looked everywhere and ended up going back to work (AFTER working overnight) and looking and I found nothing!!!!!! I filed a report with security and went to verizon and suspended the phone and will be getting a replacement tomorrow!!! It just annoys me and I will not be bringing my purse to work!!!! If I can't carry it on my being, I won't be bringing it!!
Sorry everyone, I just had to vent!!!
Please PM your cellphone numbers, because I no longer have them!!!!

OH MAN!!! That sucks... Did you try CALLING your phone to see if anyone answered it??? Shoot. I guess I just don't think like a crook, 'cuz I can't think of ONE GOOD THING to do with a stolen cell phone. OF COURSE you're gonna cancel service on it! So what good would it do someone after that point? Surely Verizon has it flagged as stolen if anyone tried to activate it...
You can't fix stupid, honey. I'll pm you my digits...

Imperfect does not = unsuccessful
Oh the gall of some people!
Yikes, mine had slipped out of my purse at MG coffee Sat. morning--didn't notice til attempt to call Laurie J before meeting at MOA that afternoon! Called the cell from the land line, and went straight to VM, so knew it had been turned off (always leave it on and recharge every night to carry it with me 24/7 cuz never know with the MS vision and falling). Sweet Elena had given me rides for MG, wasn't in her car, so thankfully when I'd called Byerly's yesterday (7 a.m.) it had been turned in to their lost/found!
Sweetie, I know the hollow feeling of not having the kazillion numbers in that phone! So happy for you getting a free replacement from Verizon--I'm thrilled to pieces for you Lucy! Now you can focus on the important stuff--like, da-da- da-da- (humming 'Here Comes The Bride...." Oh, here's Randy's number: 911! Take care of you and can't wait to see you again! Oceans of love
and hugs galore! Patti

I know what kind of frustration you feel now... because that's one of those situations where you feel like you can't blame people because it's a work situation. That's HORRIBLE! I am so sorry!!
