WOW and YIPPIE FOR ME!!!!

Last Saturday I took the grandson to Valley Fair (with his mom, mom's girlfriend and her son and a friend of Koleby's). I out lasted them ALL !!! I also outran the kids -- "slow down grandma, we can't run that fast -- slow down grandma, we are out of breathe". My daughter and her girlfriend didn't even try to run with me--they caught up.

NEVER could have done this prior to WLS. It was a big WOW for me that day. I've never felt this good!!!!

And I checked out the running a 5k in 6 weeks schedule and I'm also starting that next week. I used to get shin splints so I'm hoping with the weight loss I won't and can start running as an exercise routine like I did 25 years ago.....

Since every vendor gives you free 16 ounce glasses of water just for the asking, had tons of water that day. They also sell single serving Crystal-lite for $0.70 each --- I had brought my own.

And Koleby said it was the best day he has EVER had!!! WHOOOO HOOOOO for me!!!!

Fitness is not about age or a size -- it's really about an attitude and life style!!!

You make me proud that you have adheared to the rules and really completed a major lifestyle change and embraced it!
Now you are gathering up all the rewards!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Last time I went to Valley Fair there werent any vendors with water for me!
