Lots going on, that's for sure. I hope you do find a different place, you can't expect things to improve if they stay the same. What's the definition of insanity? I can never remember, but someone here will have it.... something along the lines of 'doing everything the same but expecting different results'. It's like a black hole. You have to get out of it if you want things to change and improve!
