Long Long time - is Renewal still 2nd Tuesday?

Hi Cheryl-I remember you!!  I don't go to Renewal anymore-PNC has such a great support group, and I work there in Saint Louis Park now.....but it is good to see you posting!  hope all is well-remember you have the tool for life, so the weight gain can be reversed.  I stopped losing at about 2 years out, but have maintained the same weight since then-it is not where I would have chosen to end up, but I am healthy and feel so much better than before.  If I lose more, that's just gravy!!

we have a great bunch on the boards-come to coffee somewhere and meet some people and you will have fun-success depends on support, and you can get it several ways with the groups, coffees, and this board-

So good to hear from you. I believe that Renewal meets on the 2nd Tuesday of the month.

I am no longer faciliating the group, since I moved away 2 years ago. Wowww, I can't believe it's been 2 years already. Anywho, I believe it is facilitated by 2 nurses from the ANW bariatric group. There have been posts on this board about it in the past.

Hope all is well with you, your hubby Ken and your family. Today is Ken's and my 26th wedding anniversary.
