Goals for today -1 down

Since I don't think Lori posted her "today I will " post yet, I'm going to post this. I think it's a really good idea for myself to TRY and be accountable. In the future if I see her post first, I'll just post there.

But today I will
-Drink 100oz of water
-Not eat any junk
-Have no more than 2 snacks, limit 200 cal each or less
-Sit down to eat lunch and dinner
-Chew a bizillion times
-Walk

I walked for the first time ALONE with Lauren this morning. Only a 15 minute one, and thankfully no one was out to see my red, sweaty face. That's why I hate going out for walks, aside from getting all hot, I don't want people to see me all gross plus all huffing and puffying. So YEAH ME ! I was scared, but I MADE myself do it. I think it's a great start to the day, and will hopefully motivate me to be good, complete my goals and feel happy about 1 day of success. Guess that's all I can ask for.

Good job Kristy!   I agree, it's a great start to the day when you do something good for yourself.  I am ALWAYS so glad after I exercise, even tho I dread it.   It really does make you feel good.  Good luck with the rest of your daily goals!!!!
