8/7 Today I will...
Well, my day has not been off to a great start today (see earlier post about my car), but I am determined not to let that ruin the whole day. So I am going to post this and stick to it with all of my might. Today I will...drink 100 ounces of water/CL/Special K protien water, Eat 3 balanced meals with snacks only if I feel absolute hunger and will not be able to eat for at least another hour or so, hopefully go rock climbing with my sister, not totally stress out over my car, be grateful and patient with my mom as she comes down here to help me out with the car thing, clean my house and do laundry this am, bake and decorate cake for Ty's b-day, prepare veggie tray for Saturday, and pack for this weekend. Yesterday I...drink 100 ounces of water/CL--yes, but just barely, eat 3 good meals with plenty of protien--yep I actually did really good, avoid simple carbs--yep, go car shopping (mine is dying)--nope, Dad convinced me to wait and see if I could get Grandma's but sure wish I had now, go to church--yes it was an awesome experience, pick up some groceries--yep although it took a lot longer than expected, and possibly do the laundry--nope didn't get home until after 10:30 pm from church.
Morning!! All these super late nights and I've been sleeping in some lol Nic! Put that avi back up!! That was your crowning moment too!! I'm ok with it - really!!
Can't remember what I posted yesterday... chances are I didn't make it anyways. I had my own little pity party last night so start fresh again today :)
So with that said - Today I will:
- drink water (take 2 liter to work with me already mixed)
- eat right
* breakfast - special K, cottage cheese and yogurt
* snack -
* lunch -
* snack -
* supper -
* snack
- exercise
- vitamins

Okay I will change it back, maybe I will see if I can crop it some so you don't have to see his face! It can be very difficult to get through emotionally trying times without sort of veering of a bit, but I am proud of you for starting today fresh and new I know that today will be a better day today and good ide bringing the premixed liquid to work!

I haven't told you this before--but I sure love reading your posts! Your postings are just so honest and straight-forward. I'm sooo impressed with your H20 intake---I should be so diligent. I truly respect your accountability. Again, diligence is the key--and you practice it!! WTG!

Thank you Sue! Your avi is super cute (I love babies)! The H2O intake is going to be a challenge today as I did not prepare for a day out all day and so I will be drinking, drinking, drinking all night! Normally the 100 oz is pretty easy while sitting at my desk all day and then after running! The accountability comes from knowing that if I do not share both the good times and bad then I start lying to myself and others will not be able to learn along with me. My goal is to do His will each day and this is one of the many challeneges He has given me!
