Final weigh in complete!

YEAH! I just got home from my pre op class and final weigh in before surgery on the 18th. I needed to be at 389 and I weighed in at 386! 23 lbs down from 409. I am so pumped! Just wanted to report that!

Bet your doc was appropriately impressed! When a person is ready to take charge of their weight, it shows. You're gonna do GREAT!

That's awesome, WTG..........I'm sure your Doctor was impressed...It shows your serious and want this surgery.......Do you have someone that will post on update us on your surgery?
