Lisa- Yes throw that scale away!!!!! What matters is the progress you are making. Your getting leaner, your adding muscle which is heavier than fat, you have more energy and finally people are talkin about you, and there saying how awsome you look. I'll trade you a pound a week for trying to maintain. Keep up the fantastic journey!!! Your doing great!!!

Great idea. Water is never a problem for me, it is pretty much all I drink. I didn't know about the 16 oz of ice cold water & metabolism, great tip! Vitamins is at about e/o day, I'll make more of an effort. My special today was my hubby cooked for me!
