Hey--if I can make one person's day a little better by giving them something to chuckle about,  MY day is better!

((And it's TRUE what I said!!)

You're doing an awesome job, Lois--don't let the party poopers spoil your pride in your success!  ((I think it's called JEALOUSY!))

(((Lois)))

I haven't met you, but by the look on your Avatar, you look happy & great.......

It does hurt so much when our family's say snide things to us.........Sometimes I feel it's out of jealousy........Friends are great.......We can count on them.......

Remember where you started and where you are today....That's the bottom line......Your doing great, Don't let them get you down.......

You're right...I am truly happy and feel absolutely great - better than I have in YEARS.  Many times I wonder how I EVER carried around an extra 140 lbs...especially when I'm carrying a few groceries up the stairs.

Hang in there with people giving stupid commetns. I went through that for like a year and then when I got sick and really lost weight (140 lbs and I am 5foot 11 inches) they all told me I was too thin (99 percent of this was from family). unfortunately family are the most critical of you adn will probably always be. I would just make it known to them that the comment was uncalled for. Something like the previous poster said about "I bet that sounded better in your head" works great because it does not make you out to be mean or rude and its not defensice just shows the person that they may want to think before they speak. Hang in there, you are doing great witht he weight loss and everything will come in due time.

Yes, family IS the most critical.  And I'm soooo gonna use Tracey's comment about sounding better in your head! :)

Thanks, Sandie!  My family truly doesn't want me to fail.  They just want everything to happen overnight!

All I can say is that people can really suck. We know how good your doing don't let others get you down.
