5-hour energy "drink" Extra vitamins?

I've seen the commercials a few times for this shot of energy drink. Anyone tried this? Good? Bad? It has no sugar and lots of the B vitamins. Just wondering! THANKS IN ADVANCE

I don't drink that particular brand, but do use ACT drin****asionally. It does me more good than harm.

I know I probably can't have this post surgery, but I LOVE the Starbucks Double shot + Energy Vanilla coffee drink. 220 cal, 15 oz, 2.5 fat, 12 protein and 100% B12 & B6 vitamins.

As an aside, in terms of sugar, generally how much is a no-go after surgery? This has 26 grams for the whole 15oz can.

I am a coffee addict so I appreciate where you're coming from!! Miss those Starbucks. Now it's strictly plain coffeee. I can do 9 grams of sugar at once without dumping so a lot of things are off limits. I'm jealous of those who can do more at 3 yrs out.
