Hi! I am new....

Hello Everyone!  I am new and want to introduce myself a little:)  First I want to say "THANK YOU!!!!" to Connie for ALL the time she has spent answering all my questions, with all she has going on right now, I truly appreciate it!  And today I got to meet a few of you at St.Cloud coffee.."Thank You" to you all for answering a few questions also, I had a good time!  It was nice to put faces to names:)  I have been a lurker for a long time, I just signed up not long ago...I have been to my informational meeting with Dr.Glass back in May and just saw him for the consultation 2 weeks ago..I have my fist nutritional class at the end of the month...Well just a quick Hello..I hope to get to know you all better:)  Thanks for the help you have already given me:)  Crystal

I must have missed the post about St. Cloud coffee or I would have been there! 
I'm just starting this too - my first meeting w/ Dr. Glass is Sept. 12th.  We have a lot in common!
