What, a size 10?!?

I got a ton of skirts and a couple of pants from my sister last night that she picked up at a "free sale" a couple of weeks ago and in the pile was a super cute Christopher & Banks skirt, that was a size 10.  My sister couldn't remember why she didn't keep it for herself so when I got home and was trying things on I decided to try it just to see how much more I had to loose.  Well to my suprise it fit!  It is tight and creates quiet the muffin top, but I got it hooked and zipped I almost fell over in shock and wished it wasn't after 10 pm so I could have called and told my sister.  I also fit into a really cute size medium dress.  I am just so amazed at how my body seems to still be shrinking despite my not so good choices in the recent past.

What happy news!  I am sure it was a great feeling and I sincerely hope that is helps to clear your mind of all the self sabotage you have been creating of late!  You are doing fabulous and look marvelous!

Thank you Teri!  Yes this has eased a lot of my fears about not doing well.  I am really excited to see my measurements at my 9 month follow up appointment in 2 weeks.  I have been doing good so far today with not snacking...I have opened the drawer and looked, but just kept on drinking my coffee and now CL so hopefully I will be able to stick to the no snacking. 

Congrats!!!  that is great news and I know you were looking forward to seeing what she had for you!  I'm happy you were able to fit into stuff - what a wonderful feeling to get into something you didn't htink you could!  I'm so happy for you!

I'm around - just not really posting.  Told Roger to stay away, we had a very rough weekend as one of the dogs got beat up and he was too busy partying to help out...  really pissed me off.  and now he refuses to return my truck.  Needless to say.... I'm hot  lol  so just staying away from polite folks until I cool down.

Thanks Erika!  I can not wait to be in the single digits, and at the rate I am going my goal for myself is to be a size 6!  Yes, trying on clothes is finally an enjoyable experience and if you let me loose to go clothes shopping, watchout cause now I love it!

WhooHoo........I remember when I fit into a 10, I couldn't believe it.........You will have plenty of more size Wow's I'm sure of that...........I know food has been an issue, but you look great......

Way to go Nicole! It's nice how sometimes our body actually works for us when we aren't 100 percent in the game. That never used to be the case for me...healthyhabits really do wonders  and you are workin it!
