Dehydration

I think I have posted before that I am afraid I am not getting enough water in, now I'm pretty sure I am dehydrated.  I woke up to a spinning house and nauseousness as well as diaherra.  I called the WLS clinic nurse but haven't heard back yet.  Do I just go to ER?
