8-27 Today I will...
It's Wednesday.... a NEW day,
It's the first day on the start of my getting myself under control :) I CAN DO THIS!
Today my goals are pretty simple.
- drink water
- move around and get exercise!
- eat protein not only first but just about totally
**Breakfast: 2 medium eggs boiled with a T of bacon bits
**Snack: coffee with SF caremel flavor
**Lunch: cinnamon rice cake with peanut butter and 1/2 banana
**Snack
**Dinner
it's back to basics for me! See you in boot camp! lol
