I remind myself everyday - GOD HAS A PLAN FOR ME! He has one for you too! The right job will come around in just the right timing! I trust it!
Thanks for the chuckle, Michelle! And for the prayers!!
I think it'd be grand to live in the states again! (It's only been 32+ years...)
And yup--it sure is frustrating doing job searches. I would love to get some hospital experience in, but that's a 'catch 22.'
I'm believing that I will go where God wants me to go--(eventually!)

My passion is working with the elderly. I have done assessment interviews with elderly clients and their families, worked with clients diagnosed with dementias, provided strategies for behavioural change, and provided support for the family/caregiver, hospital and nursing home staff. I have some experience administering various assessment tools.
I also have a keen interest in palliative care, but other than taking the courses required in university for obtaining the Interdisciplinary Palliative Care certificate, and visiting residents in a nursing home who have been deemed 'palliative', I have no practical experience in palliation. I would love to work in this area. So--any kind of social work that falls within the parameters of what I've mentioned would be awesome!
I have never really given much thought to relocation assistance. I didn't think I'd qualify--but if offered, I'd sure appreciate it.
If you have any leads to employment, it would be much appreciated!
