6 months ago I started seeing my dr once a month as required by the insurance.
I have completed it all. The paper work is filled out and I'm ready to go.
Anyone have any advice... Do I call PN and make sure they send my paperwork in?

Just a day at a time... thats all you can do.
You're moving along, good thing your 6 months is done, I just finished month 4. Hope you hear soon from PN.
Did you lose weight during those 6? I keep gaining , losing the same few pounds and am back at where I started. It's so frustrating!
