Today is my 1 year SUGIVERSARY!!!
I just came home from seeing my surgeon. All my stats came back perfect. Dr. Glass was so happy and so am I. He said I am a poster child for weight loss...funny!!
I have lost 121.2 pounds and now weigh 121 pounds. I have lost half of myself!! This journey is not an easy one. It is worth every bit of it. I would do it over in a heartbeat if I had to. Dr. Glass doesn't want me losing anymore....not like I have been trying to lately. I really am working hard on trying to maintain. I feel wonderful!!
Most of all I want to thank all of you. Without all your encouragement, love, and support I wouldn't be where I am today. You are such a blessing in my life!! I can't even begin to thank you enough. I love each and everyone of you (yes there are a few special ones).
You have not only helped me with this journey but have been there to support and care about me when I have been way down. When I cry and hurt and don't feel like I can go on any further (Nic). I know you are always here for me!!
