Is there a chat feature by state?

I did a search for chat and got to one that was all states.  ***AND I mean all "states" ***  Anything local?  Thanks-Lorraine

If you look on the left side of the window, there is a button that says CHATROOM... that should lead you to the Minnesota chat.
