OT: Welcome to the RNC
I work for channel 5 (KSTP)... I write stories for our website and help produce the evening shows.
Cool. Who do you work for (if you want to share here)? My sis works downtown in the same building as the RNC committee and her life has been hell for the past few weeks. Her favorite story is how the hybrid(?) Tahoes being driven by the Secret Service are double and triple parked in the bus lanes. She observed some guy in a wheelchair unable to get onto his Metro Mobility bus 'cuz he had no way to get past the Tahoes!
She has her full collection of subversive t-shirts ready to wear next week. Won't get into politics here, but should be interesting.

This is way lame, but it took me a while to figure out what all this RNC buzz was about (weeks ago, not just in this post...) because for the first 7 years I was with the Park District, I worked at the Richardson Nature Center.
What the....? I could NOT figure out what the big deal with RNC was!!!
