Prayers please and good thoughts...
Please say a prayer for me. I'm having terrible dizzy spells today and have been for the last month or 2. I'm in bed as I type. I was diagnosed with vertigo and was put on Meclizine/Antivert 12.5. It isn't doing anything for me. Not even when I take 2 of them. I honestly think it is stress. I don't mean to whine, but I sure could use your prayers.
Lucy could as well. NO! There is nothing going on between us and our relationship. We both have a lot going on with a house, her moving so far away, starting a new job, a new life, adjusting to a new place where I am the only one she knows and the fact that we have a wedding that we are preparing for. Please just keep us in your prayers.
Also, my car is almost on the fritz again. 2 years old and I find out that it is worth only 1/2 of what I paid ($212.00 more than half to be exact) and I will be upside down if I trade it. I spent 975.00 on it last month alone! SHESH! DO NOT BUY A KIA!! Yahoo sent me a negative email today concerning KIA motor cars and the fact that they are having "issues" with them.

God is faithful and HE WILL SEE US THROUGH!!

I think you hit the nail on the head. It is probably stress. If you think about ALL of the major changes coming into your life, no wonder you feel off. It is your bodys way of telling you that its trying to catch up with the changes. But be sure that you are also getting in plenty of water. I get the vertigo feeling when I'm not hydrated enough.
I'll send prayers, hugs, good vibes to you and Lucy. Just think. In one month you'll be married and will be on your honeymoon. So exciting.

My thoughts & prayers & good vibes going to you & Lucy..........Stress is a killer......We all need to just take deep breaths tell ourselves this soon shall pass and know there's light at the end of the tunnel........You both are making huge life changes, and stress will go along with that, but just know it will all work out in the end......Nothing ever goes perfectly, but it always has a way of working out.......

I too agree that it is probably stress related. You have been running at full speed ahead for quite sometime now. Be sure you are getting in plenty of water too!!

Are you having your Kia repaired at the dealer? So much repair on a relatively new car seems wrong. Maybe you should find a private mechanic? Or find out if there are 'hidden' warrantees on this make of car. Years ago Chev (?) had hidden warrantees because they knew about a flaw but didn't want to fix it, so they created this warrantee that appeared before they were taken to court. Anyway--I think that's how it goes. Worth checking out?
Regardless--Randy and Lucy and kids--you are in my prayers. You have a wonderful--but stressful-- time coming up in your lives. May God surround you all with peace and love and the abililty to designate stress to the back alley. ((Meaning: out of center front!))

A suggestion regarding the vertigo: My husband was diagnosed with vertigo (benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV)) several years ago. He was to the point where he could not go to work and needed to be bathed. Go to a Physical Therapist (not a chiro) who knows the Epley Maneuver. They can also teach you how to do it yourself so when it happens again (and it will) you do not need to spend the $ seeing a PT. Google BPPV and look at the Mayo website.
