First therapist visit

Yea! I'm glad your visit went well and it resulted in a positive grocery run for only the good stuff. It's hard making it through the store sticking to only what you know you should be eating, and skipping the evil wants!
I assume Boca chili is the same company as Boca Burger? Where is this in the store? Frozen healthy section?

Kristy~Thank you, I too am glad that I like my new therapist since I have had a couple not so good ones in the past.  I find now when I want to snack I am at least able to choose from healthy snacks instead of the not so healthy stuff I used to have.  Yes, the Boca Chili is made by Boca Burger people and in Cub, which is where I got mine, it is in the frozen organic food section.  I only bought 1 and see how I like it, but I am pretty sure I will since I have had Boca products before and I enjoy soy protien quite a bit.  BTW such a cute pic of L!

Hi Nicole, am so glad you've finally found a therapist you're comfortable with. Gratefully, my licensed psychologist who I'd been seeing regarding family crud, when I'd mentioned GP recommendation for WLS, had told me that's her specialty!  How comforting, we'd already established a two-year rapport, and through the 'as needed' therapy, I'd not had anywhere near the success the past two years post-surgery. I do see her this morning, and am elated to go in and report I'm now at the lowest weight ever!  Wishing the best of the best for you as you proceed along this complementary facet of your healthy journey!    Patti
